We're looking for a senior, hands-on Growth Marketing expert to help scale a consumer product that already has early traction.
This is not a social media posting role. This is a full-funnel, experiment-driven growth role focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
You'll work closely with the founder and product/engineering to design, run, and iterate on growth experiments that actually move metrics.

What You'll Do
•Design and run high-velocity growth experiments across:
•Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
•Landing pages & conversion rate optimization
•App store / marketplace optimization (if applicable)
•SEO / content / programmatic pages
•Referral & virality loops
•Own and improve funnels: install → activation → repeat usage → conversion to paid
•Improve onboarding and activation with product-led growth ideas
•Set up and use analytics (GA, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, etc.)
•Define metrics, dashboards, and weekly experiment reviews
•Work with design/product to ship high-conversion pages and flows
•Turn user insights into clear growth bets
•Move fast, test often, double down on what works

What We're Looking For
•Proven experience in growth marketing / performance marketing / product-led growth
•You've grown a consumer product or subscription product before
•Strong with experimentation, funnels, and metrics
•Comfortable running paid + organic channels
•Hands-on: you can write copy, launch tests, analyze results
•Data-driven but practical (you care about outcomes, not vanity metrics)
•Startup mindset: scrappy, fast, ownership-oriented
