Are you an experienced Driver with a Forklift licence looking for a stable, local role? We are seeking a reliable and professional Van Driver / FLT Operator to join a premier engineering team in New Milton. This is a dual‑role position offering a great balance between road‑based deliveries and warehouse operations.
The Package
* Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour.
* Hours: 07:00 am – 03:00 pm (Monday to Friday).

The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
* South Coast Deliveries: Transporting high‑quality components to clients across the South Coast.
* Traffic Management: Navigating varied traffic conditions with confidence and professional patience.
* FLT Operations: Using your Forklift licence to safely load and unload the van, as well as moving stock within the facility.
* Vehicle Care: Performing daily safety checks to ensure the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard.
What We Are Looking For
* Licence: A valid UK Driving Licence (preferably with 0 points) and a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (ideally an “out‑of‑house” accredited certificate).
* Experience: Proven experience in multi‑drop or long‑distance driving, with the ability to handle various traffic environments.
* Professionalism: A polite and helpful manner when dealing with customers during deliveries.
* Physical Fitness: Comfortable with the manual handling aspects of loading and unloading goods.
