We have an amazing opportunity to become part of Team OB this Christmas. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be approachable, resourceful and enjoy working with people. Our Team Members aim to provide customers with a fantastic experience and help keep the store running smoothly during the busy Christmas period. This contract is for a minimum of 8 hours per week and may increase week on week depending on store needs; overtime may also be available. Flexible availability across the festive season is required, including weekends and the period leading up to Christmas and into the new year. Seasonal contracts run until 4 January 2026.

OB's Seasonal Team Members will:
* Provide a great experience to every customer
* Develop excellent product knowledge
* Maintain strong, consistent communication with the team
* Participate in all training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions
* Take ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team
* Adhere to operational practices and procedures (stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment)
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards store-wide, including external and back-of-house/stockroom areas
* Support other stores where needed
* Be aware of store and company sales targets and current performance
* Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth
