Rubicon Consulting is a well established, highly regarded recruitment business supplying contract and permanent technical staff into the Energy and Utilities sectors. The position in a nutshell: You will be given a job description for a live role with one of our prestigious clients which will include a list of required and desirable qualifications, experience and skills as well as the pay rate. Using job boards, social media and our extensive database of job seekers you will search for potential matches for the role, compile a list and then call them to gather information to assess their suitability and availability. Once this is established, the chosen few will then be submitted to our client for consideration. The process is then repeated for the next live vacancy and so on. The person we want: Recruitment resourcing isn’t rocket science but it does require a certain set of skills that are not just words but are meaningful qualities that we know combine to make a successful consultant. Persistence, resilience, hard work, a good sense of humour and common sense are the foundations. You will be making a lot of calls every day and will need to be able to communicate in a natural way to both impart and receive and understand information.
