Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audits from planning to completion for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, and non-profits.
* Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, providing valuable insights beyond the numbers.
* Supervise and mentor junior auditors, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Partners and Managers on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
* Stay updated on the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
What they're looking for:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with proven experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

* Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is highly desirable.
