Responsibilities
* Hosting guests and managing meeting rooms to the highest standard.
* Supporting office upkeep – post, couriers, supplies, kitchen.
* Setting up and maintaining inviting shared spaces.
* Helping with team events, lunches, seasonal celebrations, and offsites.
* Providing ad hoc admin support to the wider team.
What we’re looking for
* A service-driven background – 5-star hospitality, concierge, events, reception, or similar.
* Someone outgoing, engaging, and people-focused.
