The role of Skilled Workerwill include:
1. Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties to help the Operatives on site
2. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed
3. Providing accurate and timely information on progress of jobs
4. Collection of rubbish and debris from work areas and dispose in the skip
5. Ferrying of materials to and from the work area
6. Assisting the operatives with works occasionally and any lifting etc
7. Collection and transportation of larger materials on occasions
Skills and experiences:
8. Relevant experience in a similar role
9. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
10. Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
11. Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
12. Good communication skills
13. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

24. £25,410 per annum (rising to £26,747 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
