About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll support people to live as independently as possible, in line with their personal choices and goals. This includes helping with daily routines, personal care, health, and wellbeing, and encouraging social and community inclusion.
We are offering a variety of flexible and permanent roles, including:

* Knowledge of health and safety procedures in social care
* Understanding of person-centred approaches and promoting independence

* Ability to communicate effectively (spoken and written) with people using services, families, and professionals
* Competence in using clear, respectful, and inclusive language
