Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Pre Sales Consultant, looking to advance their career by joining our pre-sales team.
You will work with the Account Managers to illustrate the value to be derived from our products and services through delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of our technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution architecture discussions.
Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their specific needs.
Conduct in-depth product evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the value of our data quality solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on best practices for data quality management.
Assist in the development of sales collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and case studies, to support pre-sales efforts and respond to technical RFPs, RFIs etc.
Qualifications
What you'll bring
Experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in the software industry.
Strong understanding of data quality concepts and technologies, including data profiling, cleansing, standardisation, and enrichment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of building rapport with clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences specifically with the complexities of enterprise-scale customers.
Experience responding to RFI/RFP tenders would also be beneficial Data management with specific reference to data quality and data governance Up-to-date appreciation of client-side technologies
