Test Centre Associate
Reed in Partnership is a British, family-owned company that delivers public services across the UK. We are looking for a Test Centre Associate to support the DVSA programme, providing secure assessment for prospective new drivers.
Responsibilities
* Invigilate exams and deliver tests to candidates, ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines.
* Check candidates’ ID documents and record bookings in the system.
* Maintain the integrity and security of tests.
* Supervise and support candidates during testing.
* Explain the test process and assist with queries.
* Review tests and test centre schedules.
* Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure the test centre meets candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our diversity approach.
* Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing.
Schedule
Flexible working pattern (either part‑time or occasional shifts). Possible shift times include:
* Mornings – 8:30am to 1pm/2pm
* Afternoons – 12:30pm/1pm to 5:30pm/6:30pm
* Full day – 8:30am to 5:30pm/6:30pm
* Evenings – 4:30pm/5pm to 8:30pm/9:30pm
* Afternoon & evenings – 12pm/1pm to 8:30pm/9:30pm
