The Role: You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent engineering positions across Essex and the Home Counties, working with a diverse portfolio of clients from innovative SMEs to major manufacturers. You'll have the opportunity to:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key engineering businesses
2. Source and headhunt high-calibre engineering professionals
3. Provide consultative services to both clients and candidates
4. Handle contract negotiations and offer management
5. Build your own desk while contributing to team success
