Overview
An opportunity has arisen to join our existing Human Resources team, for a Workforce Planning and Information Lead at NHS Golden Jubilee. You will provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various different stakeholders.
* Operational responsibility for the provision of workforce data and e-rostering systems, ensuring that all services are providing customer focused data solutions.
Qualifications and experience
* Postgraduate qualified with significant practical workforce planning experience.
* Knowledge in utilising a range of systems to provide data insight.
* Proficient in workforce and data analytics to provide comprehensive reports.
* Experience within a large public sector organisation, preferably NHS, is essential.
* Good time management skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
* Excellent communication, influencing and people management skills together with a solution focused approach.
