Role: Customer Operations Specialists
Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes - hybrid working
Hours: 37.5 hours per week: 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute break.

Basic Rate: £14.77 per hour

In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our contact centre operations.

You will be:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Managing escalated queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making
* Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers with care and patience
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible
* Maintaining a customer first approach while meeting operational targets
* Ensuring all interactions are compliant with FCA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
