Based in beautiful, modern offices, they are expanding their internal sales team due to internal promotion. They have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, commercially aware individual to joint their business. In recent years, the company became part of a larger group, who now operate across both the UK and European markets. Duties will include: Managing and responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and post Producing customer quotations in line with requirements Liaise and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and post Follow up on previous quotations provided Process complex orders through to the production stage Assist with sourcing new customer by making prospective calls Maintaining all internal systems The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing, and personable. Ideally, they will have worked within a manufacturing environment and have previous experience of producing customer quotations and processing customer orders. The salary will increase after a successful probation period.
