As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team and looking after our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Handling incoming sales enquiries by phone and email, and turning them into confirmed orders.
2. Providing excellent customer service with a professional and friendly approach.
3. Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
4. Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

6. Office inaccessible to public transport so must be able to drive in

7. Experience using SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
8. Confidence working with numbers and analysing information.
