What the Job Involves In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning interventions, and managing a complex caseload to safeguard vulnerable children. You will work within legislative and policy frameworks, liaise with external agencies and families, and ensure interventions are timely and effective. Additional duties include supervising foster placements, drafting reports for various child welfare-related meetings, and contributing to multi-agency partnerships to support children in care.
