Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & System
* Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries from employees and managers.
* Maintain the HR tracker to ensure accurate monthly reporting, including turnover and time-to-hire metrics.
* Input and maintain accurate employee data within the HR Information System (Workday).
* Assist with HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements, and HR system enhancements.
* Maintain and file HR documentation in line with company procedures.
* Support the HR team with departmental administration and ad hoc tasks.
Employee Lifecycle Management
* Manage the new starter process, including preparing contracts, issuing new starter packs, coordinating onboarding procedures, and ensuring all documentation is completed and provided to payroll.
* Coordinate the leavers process, including resignation confirmations, processing leaver documentation, calculating entitlements, and archiving records.
* Track fixed-term contract end dates and liaise with managers regarding extensions or end dates.
* Record and manage disciplinary sanctions within the HR system.
