Job Opportunity
We'll rely on you to facilitate a seamless flow of Raw Material and Finished Goods from goods-in to dispatch.
You'll promote safety, efficiency, and accuracy within your team, stock control, and SAP systems.
What you'll do:
* Lead warehouse operations and stock control
* Ensure health & safety compliance and site cleanliness
* Manage inbound/outbound logistics and SAP accuracy
* Supervise FLT drivers and coordinate training
* Drive continuous improvement and support audits
Your environment:
This role consists of running a small warehouse connected to a very busy FMCG environment. We also have a partnership with a local third party for additional Finished Goods storage.
This role is days-based from Monday to Friday, despite our impressive production running 24/7 over 4 continental shifts.
Essential Skills

If you are a natural leader; approachable, curious and assertive, while conducive under pressure, this role is for you! We have a talented Warehousing team who will benefit from this management style.
We're looking for individuals with a contagious growth mindset with a focus on day to day operations, as well as the big picture, and people development.
If you have a Counterbalance FLT licence (B1 & B2), that would be ideal, particularly if you have experience using a Clamp attachment (for parent reels).
