Position: Behaviour Manager

Randstad is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Manager to join our team in Liverpool. In this pivotal role, you\'ll play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students through strategic behaviour management.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage behavioural interventions and support strategies across the school.
* Develop, implement, and monitor behaviour management plans tailored to individual and group needs.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address and resolve behavioural issues.
* Provide guidance and training to staff on effective behaviour management techniques.
* Track and analyse behavioural data to inform strategies and improve student outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
* Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
