Overview
Salary up to £31,000 (actual based on 1 week on / 3 weeks off) + £7,500 Relocation Allowance + Vehicle + Accommodation Provided. This is a Farm24 role with Be part of the team delivering seamless 24-hour cover for our farming clients in Moray. You will focus on farm and equine emergencies, with daytime vets handling routine and preventative care and Out of Hours vets delivering emergency care during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Provide emergency veterinary care for farm and equine patients, including obstetric cases.
* Work night-time emergencies and operate independently when needed, while building strong relationships with local farmers and practice teams.
* Attend emergencies from home if locally based, or from provided accommodation during your working week.
* Support emergency response across Moray, with a central base in Keith.
Work-life balance
Out of Hours rota designed to balance professional and personal wellbeing:
* One week on, three weeks off (3 weeks free out of 4).
* Shifts from 6pm to 8am Monday to Thursday and 6pm Friday to 8am Monday during on-call weeks.
* Option to discuss a 1 week on / 1 week off pattern with salary adjusted accordingly.
Leisure opportunities for downtime include activities such as Munros, the North Coast 500, or the River Spey.
