This position plays a key part in ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the very best talent to support our continued growth. About the Role As a Recruitment Officer, you will deliver a highly effective end‑to‑end recruitment service while providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with Operations, Branch Managers, and our central marketing team to ensure recruitment activity is efficient, professional, and aligned with workforce planning needs. This role mirrors many responsibilities listed in All Care’s previous adverts, including candidate attraction, interviews, compliance checks, and coordinating onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities Candidate Attraction & Marketing Act as the main point of contact for Operations and Branch Managers to identify staffing needs and future workforce requirements. Write engaging, detailed job adverts to attract care and office‑based talent. Build and maintain talent pools for care workers and admin roles. Liaise with job board partners (Indeed, CV‑Library, Reed) to optimise recruitment campaigns. Identify and attend recruitment fairs, community events, and exhibitions. Support recruitment marketing activity in partnership with the central marketing team. Recruitment Process Management Manage full‑cycle recruitment for care and non‑care roles. Undertake scored pre‑screen telephone interviews. Conduct structured face‑to‑face interviews with candidates. Deliver all interview outcomes professionally, including rejections. Shortlist candidates promptly according to role requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure all recruitment activity is fully compliant. Compliance & Onboarding Obtain documents required for compliance, including ID checks, right‑to‑work, training evidence, and work history. Complete DBS applications for successful candidates. Request, chase, and verify references via phone and email. Support new starters through the onboarding pipeline and ensure files are complete and compliant before deployment. Organisation & Performance Work to recruitment KPIs and deadlines. Manage volume recruitment effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Uphold best‑practice standards and ensure a smooth candidate journey. Build strong internal relationships across branches and departments. Essential Requirements Experience in recruitment (in‑house, agency, or healthcare). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative ability and confidence using computer systems. Full UK driving licence and access to a legal, reliable car insured for business use.
