GCS are recruiting for an Estates Manager on a full time, Fixed Term Contract basis for 12 months.
Reporting into the Group Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Group property portfolio and the site control property portfolio to deliver VWG’s strategic retail property requirements efficiently and cost effectively across five of our brands. You will ensure that professional standards and good industry practice is followed to support VWG functions with property advice to achieve their operational needs.
You will also provide support the Group Property Manager with the professional management of the Group Property portfolio and capital projects.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
* Good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
* Ability to work cross functionally with different business units
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience in general surveying practice or client-based property management function
* Managing external lawyers, agents and consultants to deliver property transactions and works projects
* RICS member or working towards RICS is desired
