Requirements
* Strong leadership, able to train, coach and develop junior chefs
* At least 1 year experience as a Sous/Junior Sous Chef
* Excellent communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Excellent culinary and presentation skills
Responsibilities
* Work and support the Head Chef and management
* Experience creating and working within company‑defined menus and recipes
* Manage staff rosters and allocation of work details
* Lead training and growth of the team
* Manage food ordering, stock control and correct storage of food stocks
* Ensure high quality food, service and operational standards
* Maintain hygiene and presentation standards at all times
* Comply with all food safety, fire, health & safety, licensing and employment laws
