Inspire, Support, and Lead SEND Pupils in Bristol Primary Schools
M&M Supply is seeking passionate and experienced Primary SEN Supply Teachers for schools across Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties .
You will deliver lessons, support classroom management, and ensure every pupil has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum tailored to SEN pupils
* Implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies
* Support engagement, confidence, and independence in learning
* Work closely with school staff, SENCOs, and teaching assistants
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS preferred)
* Experience teaching pupils with SEN or additional needs
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning abilities
* Patient, caring, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
