Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, HR Manager for a 6 Month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Standalone HR Manager role within a pure people function
2. Join a small HR team (currently an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator)
3. Highly hands-on position with a real mix of BAU and project work
4. Day-to-day HR delivery: managing issues as they arise, prioritising and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
5. Support and lead key HR projects including handbook roll out, appraisals, L&D initiatives, and TUPE activity
6. All-hands-on-deck culture - practical, delivery-focused, and action-oriented
7. Own and deliver
