We are currently seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Telesales Executive to join our busy and growing sales team within a well-established timber manufacturing company. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, researching new business opportunities, and making outbound calls to potential customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Monday-Friday (No weekends or Bank holidays) 08.30am-5pm Permanent position Making outbound telephone calls to prospective customers Researching new leads and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities Accurately updating and managing our CRM system Supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and call quality Building strong relationships with customers through professional communication Working effectively as part of a collaborative sales team Requirements: Confident and professional telephone manner Strong customer service skills Ability to work towards targets and deadlines Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Windows 11, and Office 365 Experience using CRM systems is desirable Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, team-oriented approach What We Offer: Competitive salary between £24,000 and £28,000 (dependent on experience) 10% profit bonus! 30 days of holiday, including bank holidays No weekend or bank holiday working Free on-site parking A friendly, supportive working environment with opportunities for development If you're enthusiastic, results-driven, and ready to take the next step in your telesales career, we would love to hear from you.
