Conference & Events Manager - Hampshire

More about the role:
As Conference & Events Manager, you will have a hands-on role. Your duties will include:
* Delivering excellent service in a fast-paced C&E environment, focusing on weddings, client events, and small meetings, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager.
* Leading and managing a large, variable team.
* Training, developing, and upskilling team members, with a focus on PDP to promote growth.
* Creating staff rotas aligned with budget and business needs.
* Managing customer feedback and implementing action plans.
* Overseeing all C&E bookings, upselling, and understanding client requirements.
Who you are:

* Have experience in events and hospitality management.
* Have previous team management experience.
* Possess excellent people management and communication skills.
* Be highly organized.
* Be flexible with working hours.
* Have experience leading teams to achieve results.
* Be capable of working under pressure and multitasking.
* Understand P&L accounts.
