24/5 global support operation
, delivering exceptional technical assistance and ensuring a seamless experience for customers worldwide. This is an
office-based position
where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are key.
What You will Do
* Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
* Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
* Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
Your experience
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Experience with
Windows 10/11
,
Microsoft 365
,
Active Directory
, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
* Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and familiarity with cloud platforms like
Azure AD
and
Intune
.
* Cybersecurity awareness, including MFA and phishing prevention.
* Desirable certifications:
CompTIA A+
,
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
,
ITIL Foundation v4
.
