Receptionist




Blackwood House Residential Care Home, Roskear, Camborne, Cornwall, TR14 8BA



GBP 13.04 per hour



24 hours per week

Your role


:
Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism
:
Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information
:
Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly
:
Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently
:
Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience


Your skills


:
Experience in a customer service setting
:
Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
:
Warm and approachable with strong people skills
:
Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently
:
Caring, enthusiastic and self:motivated with a desire to make a positive difference
