Responsibilities
* Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment. Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing ideas to achieve shared goals. Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.
* Operational Excellence: Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Accurately process transactions with various payment methods. Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, with fully stocked products. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate advice. Help set up and execute in-store promotions and displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
* Customer Engagement: Build strong connections with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Sales & Performance: Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
