Hamptons are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Corporate & Relocation Services Team in our office in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
* To build new business relationships with organisations requiring residential property finding suppport
* Provideyour customers with the complementary home search service offered by our Corporate & Relocation department
* Maintaining regular contact with the company contacts to ensure you are generating new applicants for the Countrywide network
* The point of contact for all new applicants and will be responsible for identifying their requirements, setting up viewing tours and tracking all activity on the relevant systems.
* To utilise the branch network and other lead sources to research new accounts and opportunities
* To deliver ahigh level of customer service
* Promoting Corporate & Relocation Services within the company and speaking with the branches and managers on a regular basis forms a part of the role
Experience/Skills Required:
* Self motivated individual
* Organisational skills
* Tenacity to succeed
* Proven track record in Estate Agency Sales - preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of the Lettings process - preferred but not essential
