Step into your next role and tell us why you should be our new Finance Manager at Jimmy's Iced Coffee. This is a fixed term contract on an initial 12 month basis. It is an office role based at our HQ in Christchurch, Dorset.

Introducing Jimmy’s Iced Coffee - the world of high-quality Rainforest Alliance certified coffee, endlessly recyclable packaging and to top it off, we’re a B Corp. Seeking world domination in the ready-to-drink Iced Coffee industry, our coffee can be found in major retailers including Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons and more.
We may be 13 years into our mission to make refreshing Iced Coffee available in great fridges across the UK and beyond, but we still operate with the same ethos as when we started; an authentic, fun, passionate brand that makes refreshing ready-to-drink Iced Coffee, whilst always aiming to be better for the people and the planet.
The Job
As our Finance Manager, you will be a crucial member of the Jimmy's Leadership Team driving success of the business. The role is responsible for robust internal and external accounting and financial reporting for Jimmy’s Iced Coffee LTD. It involves reporting to Carlsberg Britvic group finance, as well as business partnering with sales teams, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams, group tax and group treasury teams.
Some of your duties will include:
* Periodic management reporting, ensuring accurate month end close in line with group reporting timelines
* Completion of monthly management accounts
* Reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance insight generation
* Cash management including managing foreign currency and funding requirements with the group treasury team
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement to encourage greater efficiency and control
* Line manager oversight of a Finance Assistant and Finance Administrator.

Our ideal candidate:
* ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified required
* Previous experience in a leading financial role
* Proven experience managing audits
* Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
* A proactive individual who will take initiative and raise questions when faced with uncertainty
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality output in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Managing stakeholder expectations around key deliverables
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to allow successful business partnering
Contract Details
* 12 month fixed term contract on initial basis
* Salary £60-70,000 per annum DOE
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
