Area Coach – Domino’s (Regional Role) - Liverpool Stores (Aintree, Maghull, Hesketh Bank, Ormskirk, Formby) Reporting to: Learning and Development Manager We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Coach to support the operational performance and training across multiple Domino’s stores in the region. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who has strong knowledge of store operations, a passion for developing people, and a keen eye for driving consistent standards. Role Summary: The Area Coach plays a key part in supporting store managers and teams to meet company expectations in the areas of customer service, food quality, image, operations, and compliance. You will act as a coach, trainer, and standards champion to help stores deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities: Visit and support multiple stores on a structured rotation Deliver operational coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on training to team members and managers Ensure consistent execution of Domino’s standards across all areas (service, image, product, hygiene, safety, and systems) Identify performance gaps and work with store leaders to implement improvement plans Assist with the onboarding and development of new managers and shift leaders Support new store openings, audits, and key store initiatives Monitor KPIs and help stores improve operational metrics What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in Domino’s environment Strong knowledge of Domino’s operations and brand standards Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills Confident, approachable, and able to positively influence others Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a regional workload Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between stores What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Mileage allowance or company vehicle Performance-related bonus opportunities Structured training and development Career progression within a growing multi-store operation A chance to make a real impact across teams and stores If you're passionate about standards, training, and leadership—and you're ready to take the next step in your Domino’s career—this is the opportunity for you.
