MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
To manage Bar, Restaurant, and Hotel shifts, including:
* Organizing shift service (forecasting, table planning, staff duties)
* Checking in and out hotel guests
* Implementing opening and closing procedures
* Ensuring efficient pub closing, cashing up, and premises security
* Overseeing cellar management
* Managing stock control and rotation
To support the General Manager with the FoH team, including:
* Providing ongoing training and development
* Managing events and large bookings
* Training and developing FoH staff
* Maintaining H&S, licensing legislation, and fire evacuation procedures
* Overseeing hotel reservations, bookings, invoicing, and payments
* Liaising with FoH, General Manager, and Assistant Manager
* Developing and expanding the client base in collaboration with the marketing team
KEY COMPETENCIES

* Experience in pub/hotel with rooms
