This popular City firm is looking to expand it's busy, international corporate tax team. The client base is varied and includes life sciences, technology, private wealth, real estate and financepanies. You'll be advising on both domestic and cross border strategic tax planning with a focus on M&A, private equity, corporate and IP/IT structuring, funds work, financing and refinancing transactions and domestic and international tax advisory work, real estate transactions and structuring (from both a direct and indirect tax perspective). You will also be structuring inward investments from the US and other jurisdictions. Any exposure to real estate tax work would be beneficial.
