£30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35–40K)
Based in Burton-on-Trent | Hours Mon–Thursday 9–4:30, Fri 9–4:00 | Early Finish Fridays | Growing Green Tech Recycling Industry
About the Role
We're expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Business Development Managers to join our IT disposal and sustainability business. You'll manage client accounts, win new business, and support organisations in industries such healthcare, education, corporates, and public services with secure IT disposal and ESG solutions.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow existing client accounts.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn approaches to generate leads.
* Deliver proposals, reports, and compliance/ESG solutions.
* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
* Keep accurate sales pipelines and client records in CRM.
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales, telesales, or business development experience.
* Confident communicator, able to build strong client relationships.
* Results-driven with a track record of hitting targets.
* Organised, professional, and motivated.
* Interest in technology or sustainability
