Join Our Friendly, Thriving Practice in Beautiful Stamford
Are you a confident, experienced, and patient-focused osteopath looking for a fulfilling role within a friendly, supportive and well-established team? We'd love to hear from you
We're currently seeking an enthusiastic associate osteopath to join our practice, with availability for 2 or more days per week, including at least one Saturday morning in four (ideally every other Saturday). We're flexible and happy to work with your availability.
This is a self-employed role with a tiered percentage split, offering full autonomy over your hours, breaks, and time off. There's genuine potential to grow within the practice, especially as the founding partners move gradually toward retirement.
Why Join Us?
Founded in 1996, The Broad Street Practice is located in the heart of Stamford, Lincolnshire—a stunning Georgian market town voted one of the best places to live in England.
* A fabulous environment with 10 fantastic treatment rooms across two beautiful Grade 2 listed buildings
* A multidisciplinary team of dedicated, independent professionals
* A warm, professional atmosphere led by experienced osteopaths (our core team have each been practicing for over 25 years)
* Superb admin support from our full-time reception team, all of whom have been with us for years—they handle bookings, payments, patient messages, and records so you can focus on what you do best
Recently, two valued osteopathic associates (working 4 days between them) have moved on - one to retirement in Australia, the other to a full-time role in her home town - so there's already an existing patient base waiting
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to welcome someone who is:
* Self-motivated and keen to build a busy list
* A team player, open to working alongside other experienced practitioners
* Skilled in structural osteopathy and ideally with additional modalities like dry needling, cranial osteopathy, ultrasound, taping, the Epley manoeuvre, etc.
Whether you're already established or looking to relocate and grow into a new role, this is a great opportunity.
Discover Stamford
Stamford is a hidden gem—think historic charm and stone buildings (remember Middlemarch?) mixed with vibrant local life:
* A weekly Friday market and the Mid-Lent fair which sets up throughout the town centre.
* A high street packed with independent shops, cafés, and excellent pubs & restaurants
* Live music, art, theatre, and cinema at the nearby Arts Centre and, in the summer, Shakespeare at Tolethorpe Hall open air theatre
* Amazing nearby attractions including Burghley House (the Horse Trials), Rutland Water, and Tallington Lakes for watersports and adventure activities
* Fantastic transport links: just a mile from the A1, Stamford has easy road and train access to London, Cambridge, Leeds, Birmingham, and more…..
* And if you have kids, we even have a good selection of state and private nurseries, primary and secondary schools.
It's a wonderful place to live, work, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
