Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their immediate requirement for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Handling high-volume, incoming Customer calls
2. Responding to email queries
3. Resolving the Customer query / request from start to finish
4. Proactively introduce products and services
5. Maintaining Customer records
6. Adhering to the Company's compliance policies and procedures
You will have the following skills and attributes:
7. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar, telephone-focused Customer Service role
8. A professional and friendly approach
9. Excellent listening skills
10. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
11. A pro-active approach to personal development
12. Available immediately for full time work
