Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Highbridge site. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Powered Pallet Truck to support daily warehouse operations, ideally holding a valid and up-to-date forklift licence. Load and unload vehicles during day-shift operations, ensuring all goods are handled safely, securely, and in line with company procedures. Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Zebra scanning devices to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch stock, maintaining excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Replenish, consolidate, and rotate stock to support accurate inventory levels and an efficient workflow, using Excel and other digital tools to complete stock checks, basic reporting, and operational tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace, ensuring equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working condition. Complete essential paperwork and follow all warehouse procedures, promptly reporting any issues or defects to support continuous improvement. Required Experience: Hold a current PPT licence or demonstrate practical experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck. Good communication and team working skills. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a fast paced environment. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Why Join Gregory Distribution Ltd?
