Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth upon entry Offer assistance and first-contact solutions, e.g. directing to click-and-collect or removing tags at exit points Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge Support nearby tills or departments when required, ensuring smooth customer journeys Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep Participate in store events and activations, sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement Assist in loss prevention by remaining alert and compliant with store procedures Adhere to health & safety standards at all times Maintain exceptional personal presentation and brand representation
