Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hybrid role: 2 days in office plus home‑working each week. Required travel to villages in the UK and Ireland with overnight stays.
What You’ll Do
* Support the delivery of the FBR marketing plan and maintain the 18‑month activity planner
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communications
* Manage campaign briefs and coordinate integrated marketing activity from pre‑arrival to on‑village
* Create and brief assets for email, web, and social channels
* Assist with photography and videography shoots and manage the FBR image library
* Work closely with internal teams and third‑party partners to deliver joint campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
* Manage one Marketing Executive and support budget tracking and reporting

Hours of Work
Contracted to work 150 hours per 4‑week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with dynamic working available from 7 am to 7 pm.
About You – Essential Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Substantial experience in marketing, ideally within a brand or campaign‑focused environment
* Experience managing through‑the‑line campaigns including CRM, digital, PR and social media
* Strong project management, organisational and influencing skills
* Proven copywriting and proofreading ability
* Experience with email content planning and performance tracking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working with social media agencies or internal social teams
* Exposure to working with brand partners or product houses
* Understanding of spa, leisure, or wellness industry
* Demonstrable brand ownership and development experience
