The innovation skills project focuses on amplifying an innovative mindset across the Defence sector, delivering measurable improvements in collaborative capability. Reporting to the People Innovation Enablement Lead, youll come onboard during the 2 nd year of this project, initially for a years fixed term contract to support the 2 nd year project delivery activities. Youll work within a team to support the delivery of: Innovation workshops and sandpit events Pan Enterprise skills gap analysis and training recommendation Development of Engineer networks Convening of collaborative working groups Responsibilities to include: Day-to-day management of the project technical delivery team, ensuring that tasks are delivered on time, within budget and within the quality threshold. Technical delivery of project activities, working in collaboration with the delivery team. Stakeholder management with external stakeholders Ensure delivery against agreed KPIs, milestones and risk management plans. Skills Required: Experience working as a project manager (or equivalent role) with experience of leading formal projects. Prior experience within the field of Training, Skills or Learning & Development, Prior experience delivering training projects Experience working with external 3rd parties and external communications.
