Leicester - Permanent Relief STARS Front of House, Brand Ambassador
Job posted recently. We are seeking an experienced Front of House, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS permanent relief team, working for high-profile clients in the Leicester area. STARS provide a two-role-in-one service: Front of House operations with discreet security awareness and a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
* Deliver a consistently high-end, customer-focused experience
* Maintain a high standard of workplace presentation (reception, lobby, office, etc.)
* Collaborate with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the front of house environment is welcoming
* Assist in emergency situations
* Provide timely and accurate information
* Respond to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
* Build strong rapport with recurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
* Represent Securitas and the client in line with values, brand identity and culture
* Patrolling and general security duties
* Data monitoring as required
Work Schedule & Requirements
* 36 hours per week
* 5 days over 7 (weekends included)
* 12:60+ per hour (site dependent)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
* Earliest start 06:00; latest finish 20:00 (days shifts); occasional nights
* Travel expenses paid after first and last 10 miles
Qualifications
* British National (no dual nationality)
* SC clearance required – assistance to gain
* 5-year checkable history
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Computer literate
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
