Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and designers
* Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity and results
CRM & Customer Engagement
* Oversee CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and personalization
* Drive customer retention and loyalty through targeted communications
Onsite Product Optimisation
* Collaborate with product team to improve product presentation and conversion
* Analyse performance data to inform content, layout, and promotional strategies
Creative Direction
* Lead ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Ensure brand consistency and innovation in all creative assets
Marketing Calendar Management
* Own the planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendar
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and seasonal moments
Performance & Reporting
* Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights
* Continuously test, learn, and optimize for improved ROI
About You
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in eCommerce marketing, ideally within retail or consumer goods
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Expertise in CRM platforms and customer journey mapping
* Solid understanding of onsite merchandising and conversion optimization
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
