The role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters - sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers - from instruction through to completion.
You will work within a supportive team that takes compliance seriously without letting it become a barrier to doing great work.
This is a role with genuine progression. We are growing quickly and we promote from within. The right person will move into a team leader position as the business expands - this is not a promise we make lightly.
What we are looking for
1. Minimum 3 years managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
2. Confident across freehold and leasehold transactions
3. Strong on compliance and AML - we are hot on getting this right
4. Equally strong on client communication - our clients are often going through difficult times and need a human as much as a lawyer
