What You'll Be Doing
· Create significant shareholder value by growing and outperforming ambitious sales and EBITDA performance
· Create and execute ambitious sales strategies to expand global market share
· Deliver sales and profitability targets, and set new performance benchmarks
· Lead and inspire a motivated, high-performing sales and technical team
· Champion seamless collaboration between sales and production for optimum results
· Cultivate lasting relationships with international customers and strategic partners
What You Bring
· A proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding budgets on sales and EBITDA within manufacturing businesses
· Significant leadership experience, ideally in senior commercial or sales-driven roles
· A competitive, commercially driven, entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to exceed targets
· First-class communication and relationship-building skills
· The willingness — and enthusiasm — to roll your sleeves up and get involved at every level
