What will be your responsibility be:
Yorhealth Care is a nurse led service providing care to adults and children. All care provided is designed by the client to ensure a truly bespoke approach. As nurses we take great care in supporting our teams to deliver the best they can - giving the support and confidence needed.
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join us on a bank basis to support a young man in Exeter who has learning disabilities requiring complex therapies and deliver these within the home setting.
Clinical skills required:
* Non-invasive ventilation
* Oxygen
* Seizure management
* Enteral Feeding
* Medication administration
Care is provided on a 2:1 basis alongside a support worker. We are looking for RGN's to join our team on a bank basis:
Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have.
What we are looking for:
* Driving License (preferred)
* NMC registration (required)
