Production Supervisor Salary: £34,500 benefits Shift: Pitman Shifts (Days and Nights) We're working with a well-established food manufacturing business who are looking to add an experienced Production Supervisor to their leadership team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong people skills and a solid background in fast-paced food production environments. The Role As Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring output, quality, and food safety standards are consistently met. You'll lead from the front, motivating your team and driving continuous improvement across the shift.
