The role of Product & Marketing Manager Fixing Systems will involve:
Product & Marketing Manager position promoting a market leading high quality range of fixings systems
Managing and develop a team of 3 marketing executives as well as external marketing partners
Responsible for creating / implementing marketing & product strategys
Liaise with sales team to keep up to date with UK trends
Attend trade shows such as; UKCW and Screwfix Live
Keep in regular dialog with German R&D team
Manage and support purchasing, testing, marketing, launching & training on new products
The ideal applicant will be Product & Marketing Manager Fixing Systems with:
Must have marketing & product management experience in the fixings & fastenings or closely aligned market sector such as building envelope
Must have a proven track record implementing product / marketing strategies
Ideally previous experience managing a team however not essential
Must be able to hit the ground running
