I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a temporary HR Advisor. This is a busy and varied role where you will join an established HR team to support with the following: First point of contact for HR queries into the office Supporting and coaching Managers through absence and conduct related ER cases Guiding Managers through the grievance process Ensuring adherance to company policies and processes Updating the HR system and producing reports for Managers My client are looking for someone that has previous experience working at the Advisor level who is able to hit the ground running. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders are both essentials for this role.
